Contact information you provide. If you email us or book a call through our scheduling link, we receive the name, email address, and any details you choose to share.
Scheduling data. Call bookings are handled by Calendly, which processes your information under its own privacy policy.
Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may log standard request information such as IP address and browser type to serve and secure the site.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct engagements, and operate the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Client data

Information shared with us during a consulting engagement is governed by the terms of that engagement and any confidentiality agreements in place, and is handled with the care you'd expect from a security firm.

Retention

We keep correspondence and engagement records only as long as needed for business, legal, or contractual purposes.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing charles@purpleshellsecurity.com.
